Education — in what though?

In Britain we have an education system which is in meltdown.

Teachers are leaving shortly after qualifying due to the pressure being put on them before they have the experiences to deal with it and older teachers are retiring early and going onto supply, or just leaving, because they are burned out.

Now teachers have been told they are not allowed to talk about the problems in the education system, just like the NHS health care workers and local council employees, especially those involved in protection services for vulnerable adults and children.
